Free shipping on every order. Here’s what to expect from checkout to your doorstep.
Dispatch times
We’re a small team and we don’t keep every design sitting in a warehouse — so if your item isn’t already made up and ready to go, it can take up to 10 days to ship. We work full-time jobs alongside running Evil Fox, so we don’t have infinite storage space, and some items are made to order or restocked in small batches.
Thanks for bearing with us. We’d rather take a little longer and get your order right than rush it out the door.
Delivery
Once your order leaves us, standard UK delivery typically takes a few working days to arrive. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and we’re always reachable if you want an update in the meantime.
Order tracking
If your order has tracking available, we’ll pass the details on so you can follow its journey. If you haven’t heard anything and you’re getting twitchy, just drop us a line and we’ll chase it up for you.
Delays
Mud, weather, and the odd tractor blocking the lane aside — most delays come down to an item being made up or restocked before it can ship. If your order is taking longer than the 10-day window above, email us and we’ll find out what’s going on.
