Returns
From the day your item arrives, you’ve got 14 days to send it back. Just make sure it’s unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. We can’t take it back if it’s been worn to the pub, got grubby, or looks like it’s lived a full life.

How to Return
Just email us at info@theevilfox.co.uk and we’ll send you a return label.

Exchanges & Refunds
Want a different size? Return the one you’ve got and grab a new one. Once we’ve checked your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method – usually within 5–10 business days.

Shipping
We don’t keep everything in stock because we still work full-time jobs and we don't have infinite storage space, so some items can take up to 10 days before we can ship them. Thanks for being patient with us!

Damaged or Wrong Item
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, email us right away with a photo or two.

Stuff We Can’t Take Back
No returns on sale items, custom or personalised bits, or gift cards.
